1. Meeting (hearing)

Please use the request form to contact us.

After that, we will add a customer number to the subject when exchanging by e-mail.

* We would appreciate it if you could tell us the number when making a repeat request, etc. Please keep it in a safe place.

* We may send you the data once to confirm whether we can accept the data you have prepared.

2, reservation completed

We will consult with each other, and if there is no problem with both parties, we will talk with the customer.

3, production preparation

Prepared

We will check the parts to see if there are any problems with the parts division illustration.

Basically, if there is a problem, please correct it to the artist.

If we cannot handle it, we will handle it here.

* Parts modification and parts division will be charged separately.

4, production start

After judging that there is no problem in dividing the parts, we will proceed with the production.

If you cancel at this point, a separate cancellation fee will be charged.

We will proceed after that and if you have any problems, please contact us.

* If you have any problems during production, we may consult with you.

* It may be difficult to add parts after the production starts.

5. We will submit a video of the movement of the completed model.

After submitting a video of the movement of the completed model to the client

After that, please proceed to payment.

* Data cannot be handed over if payment is not received

* Payment in installments is not supported.

6, payment

Payment method: ① Bank transfer ② PayPal

If you can confirm the payment,

We will give you the completed data for VTube Studio, so please check it once.

If there is no problem, delivery is completed, if there is a correction, we will respond at this point

* If there is a large-scale positive change, a separate fee may be charged.

7. Deliver the completed data

Have you actually move the completed data with VTube Studio, and if there is no problem with your request or movement

Please check.

If you need to make corrections, please describe the details of the correction and contact us.

If there is no correction and there is no problem, please let us know that there is no problem with the completion of delivery.

The exchange will end

* The number of corrections is basically free up to 2 times.

8. If there is no problem with delivery, the transaction will end

Delivery will be completed by handing over the completed or modified VTube Studio data file.

After the delivery is completed, we will respond to corrections such as broken parts and fatal parts that are being used at any time.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us with confidence.

* Achievement videos may be released when it is confirmed that the debut has been made.

* Live2D files are not currently available.
